Once one of the first companies to offer an A' la Carte Menu of Services to sellers who could  pick and choose how much of the transaction they wanted to have a professional handle and how much they could do for themselves. Thus, creating a system that as of today 11/5/11 has saved clients over $5,500,000 in commissions. We have expanded from Washington State to include Oregon and most recently Texas.
