America-at-Home Real Estate has just joined forces with Reward Realty, Reward Realty, a newly formed real estate venture, today (10/3/11) announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind program that provides brokerage offices with an inventive vehicle to differentiate themselves in the highly competitive residential real estate marketplace, while rewarding the homebuyers and sellers they work with at the same time.
Available in more than 40 states across the US, the Reward Realty program utilizes a point-system whereby homebuyers and sellers working with a participating brokerage office are awarded a specific number of points at the time of a home closing. These points can then be redeemed at Reward Realty's user-friendly online catalog for a wide variety of brand name, home-oriented products and services.
Point-based rewards programs have long been utilized in other industries, ranging from airlines to credit cards, but the launch of Reward Realty marks the first time a point-based rewards program is being offered in the residential real estate industry.
"I specifically created this program to provide residential brokerage offices with an innovative way to differentiate themselves from the competition and drive business," said Kevin Codey, founder and CEO of Reward Realty. "Real estate brokerage offices that partner with Reward Realty are able to market their own brand and set themselves apart by offering their clients tangible, value-add benefits that enhance their home purchase or sale."
Currently, homebuyers and sellers who work with real estate agents from participating brokerage offices can select high-quality products geared toward the home environment from more than 300 premier brands, including GE Profile, Cuisinart, Apple, Bose, KitchenAid, Samsung, and many more. Categories include entertainment, electronics, gourmet food, sporting goods, furniture, outdoor living, and health and wellness. All products are shipped directly from Reward Realty's 500,000-square-foot warehouse to the participants' homes. Activities such as concerts and vacation experiences are also being added. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
